Presented by Camp Chef and in partnership with Chef Emily Hahn of Mountain Provisions, the Golden Buckle Culinary Experience is a can’t-miss highlight of Big Sky PBR’s 15-year anniversary. This year’s event brings together an all-star roster of six celebrity Chefs, featuring three returning Top Chef Season 14 standouts, two Montana-based, James Beard nominated chefs, and one Montana-based James Beard award winning chef. This incredible lineup will be cooking rodeo-inspired fare using a bounty of ingredients from all over Big Sky country for two unforgettable nights of elevated dining inside the VIP tent on Friday, July 17, and Saturday, July 18.
VIP ticket holders will indulge in high-end rodeo cuisine from Top Chef Season 14 contestant Chef Emily Hahn of Bozeman-based Mountain Provisions, alongside fellow Top Chef Season 14 favorites Jamie Lynch and Sheldon Simeon. Rounding out the lineup are Montana-based James Beard nominated chefs Jarrett Wrisley of Shan and Joshua Adams of Campione, and Montana-based James Beard award winning chef Eduardo Garcia. Expect bold flavors and live-fire energy that match the adrenaline of the Big Sky PBR.
