Specializing in out-door open-fire culinary experiences and elevated in-home private dining, she showcases Montana’s agricultural bounty, from farm-fresh vegetables and heritage grains to regeneratively raised beef and local bison—crafting meals deeply connected to the land and the people who sustain it.
Chef Em’s unconventional culinary path includes years cooking in South Carolina’s Lowcountry, earning her captain’s license as a commercial shrimper, and traveling throughout South America.
