A restaurant industry veteran, former commercial shrimper, and certified boat captain, Chef Emily has helmed kitchens across the Low Country of South Carolina, building special connections with farmers, fisherman, and other local purveyors to create clean, bright, imaginative menus driven by local ingredients.
Her broad culinary range using simple ingredients elevated with hints of global flavor makes her food and style unique. Chef Em is devoted to the pursuit of great food and customer experiences. When Emily isn’t working, her time is spent outdoors with her four-legged family member, Trigger.
